Our current housemate is leaving us to move in with her partner, so we are looking for a new housemate to fill a lovely, furnished double room.

Our spacious 3 storey house is a great find with a garden, large kitchen, dining room, lounge, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and very importantly a dishwasher!

The house is a private let, so no agency fees, and our landlord is fantastic! He swiftly responds to any house issues, and lives locally so if we need anything it's easily resolved.

Rent is £675pcm and bills work out at £100 per person each month.

The bills consist of water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence and Sky TV & fibre broadband, including all the movies and sports channels, so you can watch all the trashy TV you want!
All house utensils such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc, come out of the house account.

The location is great and well connected. Battersea Park is only a 15 minute walk from the house. Queenstown Road station is a 5-10 minute walk, Battersea Park station is a 15 minute walk, Clapham Junction station a 20 minute walk and Clapham Common tube station is a 15 minute walk. There is on street parking available - a permit is required.

There's an abundance of local bus routes going all over London, specifically Vauxhall (Victoria Line) in 10 minutes or Sloane Square (Circle and District Lines) in 15 minutes.

About us: Our household consists of two women (Irish and South African) who work 9-6 during the week as a computer programmer and an analyst respectively. They love baking and cooking, a spot of Gardening, Netflix, movies and a good explore around london. We're all social and love and chat but also respect everyone's privacy.

We see this house as a home and would love to have someone similar to share that with us.

And yes the deposit is only £333, it's not a typo

We are currently planning what vegetables we want to grow this year, so someone else green-fingered would be lovely!
