My name is Rahul , I work in Imperial college London as Accommodation Supervisor. I have a double room to rent (all bills included )on a short/long term basis. My current Flatmate moved out so I am looking for a professional or student male/female to fill in his place. The flat is in a very decent area just opposite Battersea Power Station in Zone 2. It's a good and easy commute to most London locations but especially Central London. There are a number of local shops and amenities including Tesco, Sainburys and Waitrose which are both just a short walk away. I would require a deposit of £750 and rent is £750 per calendar month with a notice period of one month and a minimum stay of 3-6 months.
