We have a very nice Single bedroom available in a beautiful flat in Battersea.
There is a total of 3 bedrooms, a very big living room, big bathroom, balcony and kitchen ; The pictures are not making justice to the place, the rooms are bigger than what it seams. The area is very nice and quiet and is 3mins away from the park, Clapham junction is just 5 mins away with bus. The house has been just refurbished last year, we have wooden floor in every room, lots of storage for your grocery in the kitchen. The Washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle are all new. The balcony is quite big and in the summer we set a table and plants outside for drinks and meals with friends.
The rent is £540 per month plus bills (council tax, gas electricity, water and internet) You will be ask to pay one month deposit.
is very important for future tenant to be clean and tidy and treat the place like a home.
Is a very nice place, ideal for someone who would like to find a home rather than a simple accommodation 😉
