My house is only 10 mins walk from Clapham Junction (which has rail and Overground) ;
5 mins from Wandsworth Town Railway station;

Zone 2; easy & fast access eg to Fulham, Victoria, Vauxhall or Waterloo and most tube lines. I'm also near Wandsworth Bridge; off York Road ie near the River Thames.

Please note, Clapham Junction is a different area from eg Clapham Common, Clapham North etc also known as Clapham. That is about 3 Km away.

Buses 295, C3, 44, 28 + 37, 77A, 337, 239, 345
+ N19, N28, N31, N44, N87 etc. nearby;
and only heliport in London, just up the road!

THE PLACE:
Photos shown here. It is a double room , with double bed, built in wardrobe; desk, lots of shelves and drawers etc with a very nice feel to it. NB Photos not quite up to date as some furniture has been moved around, and show 2 possible positions for desk. Please note...at the moment, when You come to view, the room looks quite different, because present occupants have moved things around and they have many things, and have also put their own carpet down etc.

Share kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate toilet.

Sharing with 2 flatmates (a couple aged 22 & 24)... and me ... a friendly artistic painter (male).

Quiet road. Small modern, definitely NON-SMOKING house, so please, obviously, NON-SMOKERS preferred! Serious smokers DEFINITELY not welcome.

This room is on first floor with pleasant view over front garden. Excellent light especially in the afternoon.
