We have 1 large double room available with plenty of storage in a 4 bedroom house in the heart of Battersea. It's just a 1 min walk to Queenstown Road train station and 2 mins to Battersea Park station. Great links to central London via foot, train and bus (Waterloo and Victoria stations are a 5 minute train ride away). Battersea Park is on the doorstep and Clapham Common is just up the road too. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity and Chelsea is just over the river, so perfect for a professional looking for a friendly house-share in SW London.

All the important details below:

ROOM - large double bedroom with wardrobe and furnishings - £900 month which includes all bills. The deposit is £900 for the room.

THE HOUSE - Big living room and dining area with courtyard. Kitchen with washing machine and dryer plus bills/internet/full Sky package all included. 2 bathrooms, both fully renovated recently. Polished floor boards downstairs with carpets in the bedrooms.

YOU - To fill the room, we’re looking for professionals aged between 25-35 who are clean and tidy, fairly chilled out and up for a laugh. We want a nice, friendly and respectful atmosphere and someone who will treat the house like a home. Ideally we'd get people who want to stay for 3+ months and make it a home.

The room is available from 1st March 2022 and viewings are being scheduled the week commencing 7th February. We know everyone is quite busy at the moment, so we’ll be as flexible as possible when it comes to times.
