Double Room is for single occupancy,

we are looking for the following:

non-smoker
professional,
tidy, organised,
considerate
LIKES CATS (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!)

We are all male and LGBT household. All professionals, very tidy considerate and social

we have a mix of cultures which is very cool and interesting. we all get along, and to top it off, we have a friendly cat who loves to run up and down the corridor, gets excited with food and new people. If your allergic or don't like cats maybe this wont work LOL.

No smokers please.

Please note there is no living room in the apartment

There are excellent transport links, walking distance to Battersea power station Tube, as well as the national rail trains stations Battersea park station and Queens town road Battersea, buses include 344 and 44 take you to both Clapham junction, Victoria and Vauxhall

People that like to go out running or for a walk its a 2 minute walk to Battersea park.

Rent is £900 per month, includes all bills. The room is available for move in straight away.
