This home is in an ideal location, 1 minute walk from both Queenstown Road and Battersea Park rail stations. In less than 10 minutes time you can easily reach Sloane Square, Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Victoria and Waterloo. It is also a stones throw from Battersea Park.

I am a 28 years old pilates professional teacher and I am looking for a person that would really be a fit in the apartment. Who likes to respect the common area and keeps the flat tidy. It is very important to find someone who respect and has a full understanding of no “house party”at all in order to full enjoy the quiet & healthy living.

Smoking allowed, but only in the garden, not in the flat.

I have direct contact with the landlord so no agency fees.
The deposit is 6 weeks rent and bills are in addition to rent (around 50 to 80£ per month on top of rent).
