Hey guys!
Sadly I need to move out of my nice room because of work, but that means it's up for grabs ASAP!!!
The room is huge! Has very nice bay windows overlooking the lively main street. The apartment is in an amazing location, 5 min walk from Hyde park/Kensington gardens. Also Portobello market and Notting hill are just around the corner!
Bayswater station on District and Circle is pretty much downstairs (but don't worry you can't hear the trains) and Queensway station on Central is just 3 min walk away! So easy to commute everywhere!
There is a Sainsbury's local downstairs, small Tesco on the other side of the street and they both work till midnight! There is also a huge Waitrose only 5 min walk away!
The 3 flatmates are very nice, quiet and respectful! They are all quite busy so we don't get to see each other too much but they are very easy to communicate with and friendly!
The rent of the room is £755 without bills, the bills per month come around ~£50. There is no deposit so that's a major bonus!
The flatmates would prefer a girl to come join the house to keep the balance! Preferably working full time!
