The room comes fully furnished (single bed, table, wardrobe and shelf). The flat has a shared kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet one separate toilet and heating in every room.

Its right above Bayswater station which has the district and circle line. Queensway station (central line) is 3 min walking distance. Numerous busses who run all night (148, 94, N207, 70). Hyde Park is 100 meters away which you can enjoy for a nice walk, picnic, any kind of sports etc.
There are tons of restaurants, shops (Tesco, sainsbury, Waitrose), pubs, bakeries, fast food restaurants and all kind of doctors just in front of the doorstep.

This flat is perfect for everyone who wants to live cheap and literally in the centre. You cannot live any closer and better connected. You need only 15min by bus or tube to Marble Arch where the famous oxford street is. Hyde Park has plenty of events and soon the winter wonderland Starts which you don’t want to miss.

The rent is 550 + around 100,-£ pounds for extras (sometimes more sometimes less) The extras include. Council tax, hot water fortnightly cleaner etc.
