Bayswater - Great double room available!

I'm looking for someone to replace me from mid Feb for a long let in this great house in Bayswater.

It’s conveniently located off Queensway on a quiet side street. Only a 2 minute walk to Bayswater Tube Station (circle/district) and a 4 minute walk to Queensway (central). You have everything you need within a 5 minute walk (groceries, great restaurants and transport links).

The room has a double bed, inbuilt closet, chest of drawers and windows are double glazed. It also has vanity unit, which is really handy for getting ready in the morning!

The kitchen has all appliances you might need (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc). There are two bathrooms between four. and we have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

We're a friendly international house, with a front living room / spare room so friends can stay when they're in town. We’re a chill house, everyone is very friendly, but also respects each others privacy.

We'd be looking for someone easy going, clean, respectful but also doesn't mind sharing a drink with their housemates from time to time.
