Single Room at Bayswater Station

Hello!
We are looking for a flatmate to share a furnished apartment. There is a single room to rent in a very nice and practical flat just above the tube station Bayswater in zone 1 from now on to the end of June. The flat has three bedrooms, a very bright living room with an adjoining dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and another toilet. It is located at the 3rd floor with a lift. The rent would be 830£ with roughly 25£ of bills. The flat is very well located with several supermarkets in the street, tons of restaurants around and Hyde Park 100m away.
A little bit about us! We are three young French people who arrived in London in September. Our former flatmate is leaving home due to Coronavirus and that’s why we need you. We look forward to meeting new people to have a nice flat share atmosphere. Two of us are working in London and one is studying. The bedroom has a single bed, a desk, a mirror as well as a wardrobe and a dresser. It is quite bright and cosy. The flat also includes a washing machine, an oven, a microwave oven, an iron, two very cosy sofas and a TV. If you want to visit feel free to contact me! we’ll be happy to show you around!
