The room is fully furnished, gets lots of light, and has more than enough space for extra furnishings (previous tenants have added a dinning room table and turned the room into a sort of studio apartment). Beautiful views of the courtyard and rose garden with a glimpse of Hyde Park, with almost no street noise despite being in central London. Flat is shared with two kind and respectful female flatemates, both finishing up masters' degrees this summer. Shared spaces include a large kitchen with breakfast table and large balcony. We are steps from Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station, as well as a 7 min walk from Paddington Station. Having an outdoor space and being so close to green space has been essential during lockdown!
