Cozy room in modern flat, Hyde Park close!

Living room + kitchen

Due to changes in my work & personal life I will move out of my cozy room in lovely Bayswater (super close to Notting Hill) - and I am looking for someone nice to move in :) Maybe it's YOU!

The room:
Single room with double bed and a huge wardrobe, tasteful bright furniture, bathroom shared with only 1 other flatmate.

The flat:
A modern, lovely flat with open living room and kitchen, everything is pretty new and offers a lot of space! Kitchen is fully equipped. You will have two absolutely cool, easy going guys living with you, always up for a chat, but also respecting everyone's privacy as both have busy work schedules. Both are super active and do lot of sports such as running, golf, skating, and other.
The flat comes with a beautiful big private garden that is any time accessible and right in front of the house.
Our flat is the basement flat with an own entrance, sunlight is shining in brightly nevertheless. It's a really nice place to call home.

The location:
- Quiet area
- 5-10min walk to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens
- 5 min walk to Bayswater Station (District & Circle line)
- 7-8 min walk to Queensway Station (Central line) - will take you to central in around 10min
- 20min walk to Marble Arch/ Oxford Street
- Tesco, Waitrose & Sainsbury in 5min walking distance
- Lively Westbourne Grove Street only 2min away with many nice shops, restaurants and coffee places
