It's a great location near loads of transport links and a few mins walk from possibly the best park in London?
We are 1 guy and 1 girl - American and Australian. One flatmate is leaving to move in with his partner and the other went back to her home country due to Covid. The to available rooms would share a bathroom so it could be good for two friends, but we're also open to filling the rooms individually. We see our flat as a home and would like someone who will contribute to that atmosphere. Everyone has their own social life but we enjoy meals/drinks together, movie/game nights, and having people over to enjoy the beautiful garden square. If you're interesting, fun, relatively tidy and down for the occasional kitchen dance party then please do get in touch.
The rent is £787 per month. Bills are not included but generally around £50-£70 per month.
