We have 1 room available in our lovely 5 bed townhouse flatshare. There are 2.5 bathrooms, meaning two bathrooms with shower/bath, and one that is just a toilet and basin. There is a lovely large lounge for everyone to share, along with a small back garden.

The house is three levels, and is a registered HMO. We don't allow couples in the house so as to prevent overcrowding. Ground floor is kitchen, lounge, toilet room, and garden. First floor is rooms 1 (the room currently available), 2 and 3 as well as a shower room with basin. The second floor is bedroom 4 and 5, and the main bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Room 1 is 13'8 x 6'11 (4.17 x 2.11m) and is furnished. It is available NOW. Please see floorplan in the images!

Lovely spacious house on Porter Road, close to universities and the the DLR/train.

Please get in touch if you'd like to view. No fees. The rent is £575 per month, inclusive of fair use of utilities and wifi, plus deposit of 5 weeks rent. Alternatively, I can accept a lower deposit of £450 if you pass referencing, and the rent will then be £600 a month.

Please note that I will only consider long term tenants who will not move out before February next year. So please don't apply if you want to leave in December or January.
