1 single room to rent (Female preferred)

I am a friendly, easy-going and a sociable person I am 36 years old I am a British Indian born and raised in London, a Christian spiritual female.

I am offering and have a single bed to rent in a large living room in my flat that is available in Beckton London E6.
I am looking for a female because I am the only female living in the household and I have my mum visiting me in my Flat and she stays over for So I need to consider our safety.
Looking for a reliable flat mate to share my flat with me, I am happy if you have a pet that you would like to bring with you such as a Dog or a Guide Dog but it would be inconvenient not suitable for a outdoor cat as I live in a intercom buzzer door building and the door downstairs stays closed so it would be difficult for a outdoor cat to come inside the building but Dogs/Guide Dog are welcome, the living room, Bathroom and kitchen is to be shared with me. I am the only person living in the flat.

In the Flat: I have a Washing machine and dryer, electric stove cooker, you don't have to bring dishes with you as I have plenty of dishes, sofas, T.V and Sky, tables, dining table and chairs and furniture, a communal garden, car parking space, Wi-Fi will be active to use upon request in this comfortable flat.

The Rent is: £50 per week
To be paid every 2 weeks
Bills are included in the rent.

The Deposit is: £100
Which will be returned on the day you move.

You will get the House Keys after you pay the rent of 2 weeks and the Deposit.
