Myself a finance professional, I am looking for somebody with similar background, quiet and composed, without an insatiable appetite for parties.

Contract is available for signing ASAP, with the room ready for moving in December 2023. Water is included in rent, but the price excludes council tax (c.£60p. m.) and electricity bills.
