I have one 1BR flat located in Belgravia, between Chelsea and Victoria.

The Flat comes furnished with private bedroom and separate private living room. There is also a fully equipped small kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven and electric stove. The bathroom comes with a shower.

All is private and you won’t share with anybody.

Bills are £250 per month and include gas, electricity, council tax, water and high speed Internet.

The flat is located in one of the best and most central areas of London, literally 5 minutes walk from Victoria station and Victoria coach station. It is also located between Sloane square tube station (district and central line) and Victoria tube station (victoria and district line). Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace are minutes away.

I have lived in this area for many years and it’s surely one of the best and safest areas of London, surrounded also by tons of coffee shops, stores, restaurants, pubs and boutiques (King’s road is only 5 minutes walk)

I am looking for someone extremely clean and respectful that ideally will be willing to rent for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to extend. If you are a party animal this will not be a good fit. Also please note that this place is only for 1 person.
