THE BORING STUFF!

- Holding deposit £200  (deducted from your move in total subject to referencing and contract)

- One month rent in advance 

- Deposit £500 (registered with the DPS for the duration of your tenancy)

- Small charge for the washing machine & dryer £2 per use, we are an environmentally
friendly house 😊
