My house is newly decorated with a large kitchen, bright rooms and a lovely large garden.
Clean, quiet and tidy house with a relaxed friendly vibe.
Bellingham is a green residential area in zone 3. The local area is quiet with friendly, helpful neighbours. Bellingham station and shops very close (2mins walk). Large supermarket and Catford Bridge station 10 mins walk away. It's 10 mins to places like Peckham, Dulwich, and London Bridge and 20 mins to more central areas like Charing Cross, Southbank etc.
Also nearby is Beckenham village and Beckenham place park, a really beautiful park with 2 cafes, food stalls, all sorts of events and a wild swimming lake- only 2 mins by train or 10 mins walking!
Room is medium double room for single occupancy. Long or shorter term possible by negotiation.
