Amazing flat in Belsize Park

Hi all,

I'm Marco and I'm looking for someone to replace my current flatmate, that will sadly leave the house in January.

The flat is really great, with a lot of natural light and just 1 minute walk from Belsize Park tube station (northern line, Edgware branch).
It is located on the second floor of a historical building and there are restaurants, a grocery store and all amenities at hand.

The flat has a spacious living room with a table and 2 sofas (and a beautiful view of the city) and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom is shared with me. It has a window and a bathtub/shower.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, only the mattress is present, but the landlord has some furniture in a deposit and is willing to get them if needed. It has a huge wardrobe, which is somewhat of a luxury in London.

The landlord is very flexible and was very efficient in sending someone to repair the dishwasher when it broke.

Finally, a word about myself. I'm a neurologist and I'm currently doing a PhD in neurosciences at UCL. My work routine is usually 9am-5pm. I like going to the gym, watching scifi movies, cooking and playing videogames/boardgames.
I'm looking for someone to share the flat with and possibly to also have some social interaction with. I value tidiness in common areas (but I'm not a cleaning nazi). I also like to have lunch/dinner together occasionally, but I respect privacy and know that sometimes one just want to come home and relax without having to speak with anybody..
