Spacious double room in lovely flat

I am looking for a new flatmate as the current one just got married and will be moving in with his other half when he returns to London.

I have one of the two very spacious doubles of the flat and I am looking for someone friendly, tidy and clean to take the other double.

The flat is not a party house. Work tends to be hectic, therefore it’s good to have some balance at home. If you are looking for a place to call home, I believe this is for you.

I work for a Design Consultancy, love travelling (who doesn't?!), theatre/dance shows and gym. All a bit challenging to do under the current circumstances, therefore long walks in the park, reading and Netflix have become more frequent. Red wine kind of guy here.

The flat is in a short walking distance of 3 Tube Stations: Swiss Cottage (5min), Chalk Farm (10min) and Belsize Park (10min). You can get to anywhere in London very easily. England’s Lane with its independent coffee shops (perfect for weekend’s brunches) is a stone's throw away. The flat is also surrounded by beautiful parks: Primrose Hill (5min), Regent's Park (10min) and Hampstead Heath (20min).

The flat is approximately 70sqm and the bathroom has been entirely renovated. It has a big living room, a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave and a big fridge.

The contract is for a minimum of 6 months. Bills are not included in the rent (circa 140£ per month each in the winter months...).
