Great entertaining space comprising of open plan dining area and living room. Upstairs are the 3 double bedrooms and bathroom, the bathroom is a good size; comprising of a bathtub, sink, loo and shower over the bathtub (the shower pressure is great!). The apartment really must be seen as the photos don't do it justice!

Utility bills are an additional £125 which includes council tax, tv licence, water, electric, broadband and gas. Security deposit is £900.

This lovely room is a comfortable size double. The room includes a double bed, set of drawers, bookshelf and a built in wardrobe.

About the area:

Situated 7 minutes from Belsize Park Tube station and 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath overground. The flat is in an amazing location, we have Primrose Hill around the corner, a fantastic Italian deli on our road, we're a stone's throw away from wonderful Hampstead Heath, we have an organic butchers, fishmongers and the best organic veggie shop all within walking distance. There's also an excellent pub opposite the house which is ideal! As I'm sure you can tell, I can't rave enough about the location!

Who we're looking for:

We are looking to live with, preferably females, with a mature understanding of what it means to live communally (cleanliness, communication and general respect for fellow housemates). Cleanliness is very important so we're looking to share our space with people who are considerate of others and who clean up after themselves. We would really like to welcome genuine people with a positive energy and a bright outlook on life, who are confident in communicating their feelings and ideas openly.
