We are looking for a tenant for a beautiful, newly refurbished en-suite bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat on a lovely, quiet street in Belsize Park.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a large open plan living room and built in kitchen with a large window and lovely views. The entire flat has just been completely renovated to a high standard, with brand new bathrooms, kitchen and new flooring throughout. It is fully furnished. The kitchen has a brand new washer, fridge and freezer. Both bathrooms have baths and waterfall showers. The flat is currently empty but will be shared with two young professionals in their 20s who will be moving in soon.

The available room is a large en-suite, with high ceilings and a huge window so it is very light and airy. It is furnished with a bed, mattress and large wardrobe.

The flat is in an amazing location, just a 5 minute walk from Belsize Park Station on the Northern Line. It’s also less than 20 minutes’ walk to both Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. The flat is located on a really lovely street, with a small park in the middle. The street is just off England’s Lane which has a great selection of cafés, and a small Tesco. On Haverstock Hill there is also a good range of restaurants and a Budgens.
