Affordable accommodation offered in BELSIZE PARK – London NW3 area, Female PREFERRED excellent opportunity for a homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Belsize Park is on the Northern Line and in Zone 2, which makes this Homeshare a great opportunity for anyone working close or in the City.
King’s Cross is 8 minutes on the tube and 17 minutes to Bank station.
The accommodation is well connected to public transport there are several bus routes available within walking distance to the bus stop.

HOUSEHOLDER
She is a lovely independent lady in her late 60’s and has recently injured her wrist so she has limited flexibility due to her fractured base of the thumb, now she has limited mobility due to her fractured thumb which makes some of her hobbies and interests a little restricted.
She likes Arts and playing instruments, she plays the violin and listens to the Radio.
She watches neighbours every day and other interesting programmes including the news.
She is a vegan.

She is attracted to Homesharing as she likes the idea of having an extra presence in the house who is able to offer some practical support to her around her home.

ACCOMMODATION
She lives in a 2 bedroom maisonette in Belsize Park within walking distance to Belsize park station,

The spare bedroom is a Single bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, there is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and cooker.

The Homesharer has their own shower and toilet upstairs.

There is Wi-Fi available.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
