I would just like to thank you for the last 18 months in the flat. I would like to make the following points that ensured I had an enjoyable time as one of your tenants:
Flat had been fully cleaned and decorated before I arrived.
All of the points raised by me were rectified promptly.
Any appliance or other flat issues during my stay were rectified immediately.
When I left my keys in the flat I was let in by the landlord within 20 minutes.
All interaction with the landlord was done in a professional manner and I always felt that they had my interests at heart.
All in all I have had an excellent experience. I am only moving due to a work move or I would have remained in this flat. It’s excellently situated and is quiet and homely.
