This is a bright double room in a beautifully decorated 2 bed first floor flat in Belsize Park. The room has bay windows and gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. It comes furnished (everything new and in great condition) with:

built in shelves and storage cupboard,
desk and chair,
large full length mirror,
double bed and mattress,
and a bed side table.
The room's windows are fitted with both shades and black out curtain material.

The block of flats (only 8 flats so it’s small) has a huge communal roof with incredible views, there’s a bbq and shared furniture up there so it’s a really nice space to have. The rest of the people in the building are lovely and hardly on the roof, so we get it to ourselves usually!

About me:
You'll be sharing with one woman. I'm 37 and a swimming teacher. That means I work afternoons and evenings in the weekdays and all day Saturday so I’m not a normal 9-5 housemate! I’m sociable and friendly and enjoy a good chat over dinner and a good/trashy Netflix show! I’m also clean and tidy and would like a housemate who’s respectful of our communal space. I own the flat so I take care of things if they break/need sorting out as soon as possible. Lastly, I don’t wear shoes inside my home and I’d ask that my flatmate to respect this too.

I will say the flat is naturally really warm through the winter so great for keeping bills down!

The rest of the flat consists of an entrance hallway, modern clean kitchen seperate to living room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Residential parking permit available if needed.

Local Area:
The flat is on a quiet residential street off Haverstock Hill, 1 minute walk from Belsize Park tube.
At the end of the street on the main road there are loads of coffee shops, (Gail’s, Pret, Costa and independent ones), restaurants and pubs, there’s a boots pharmacy, Everyman cinema, and a Daunt book shop.
We’re about 20 mins walk to Camden market. Supermarkets in the area include a large Budgens and M&S, and walking distance to a large Sainsburys, Waitrose and Tesco Express.


Parks:
Maybe the best part of the area, we’re 15 mins walk from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, and very close to Regent's Park.
