One bed apartment for a couple in a HOME

I am renting a beautiful large double bedroom, in a home-like newly refurbed 2 bedroom apartment in Bermondsey.

I am looking for a couple and you will be living in the apartment pretty much on your own because I am rarely there (maybe a few days each month or even every two months).

I’d like to chose people for the apartment that I will be sure will treat it as a home, enjoy and look after as if it was theirs.

The room and the apartment are fully furbished, and have all the amenities of a modern smart house (including Apple TV, app operated heating & some of the lights). The huge bonus is our balcony, which overlooks a green space at the back of the flats.

The room is south facing and so has sun and light from early morning with plenty storage (though there is a possibility to agree a share on use of the garage if you have a lot of things).

If you have a car, the great things about the flat is that we have free parking around the flats at all times.
Bills are not included. Info will be provided upon interest.

Tesco and a large 24 hour corner shop are 2 mins walk away. Other shops like a big ASDA, Argos, Tesco or PCWorld, some coffee shops, bars and pubs are also nearby.

Bermondsey tube station and many buses towards London Bridge and Liverpool Street are around 5-7 mins walk away. It takes me 15 mins to get to London Bridge by bus.

The flat is also 2 mins from buses going to Elephant & Castle (around 10 mins), and Holborn (around 20 mins). If you need to drive to East London, the Rotherhithe tunnel is only 5 mins drive from the flat.

I am a professional working in the City but currently working from abroad and so I will only rarely be in the apartment.
