Hello! have a good size quiet double room to let available from the end of September 2023. MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY. Double bed, storage etc. I have WiFi and your room is a quiet space right next to the clean bright shower room (shared not en suite). I have my own loo upstairs (my bedroom is on the top floor yours on the 1st floor). I have a large kitchen with central outside decked space too which I’m happy for you to use whenever you like. Huge lounge. The room is nice and bright and only just over a mile from London Bridge, Bermondsey street, the Southbank and 30 minutes walk to St Paul’s (loads of lovely bars and restaurants in Bermondsey Street) and under a mile to Bermondsey tube station. There are close, easy links to central London, Westfield, Greenwich etc. Walking distance to the city/ Borough market. Lots of buses into all different places.

You’ll be sharing with me and my son and our kitten. I work full time and my son does shift work so we are out a lot during the day.

My room would suit a professional who only wants a Monday to Friday let. We are a very relaxed and peaceful household and also very easy going and clean and tidy and would expect the same from you. I’ll make sure you have clean bed linen on a Monday morning (if you are a Monday to Friday letter) and won’t invade your privacy. Smokers welcome (I don’t smoke) but please do it in my outside space. I have just had a new kitchen fitted too!

Bills included. Looking for Monday to Friday let only. References and a small deposit required (negotiable). I have a large garage for storage if you have stuff that does not fit in the room. I also have a parking space free.

This room is for single professionals only no students/ couples/ universal credit (sorry). Sociable but likes their privacy - I won’t invade yours.

Bermondsey is a great area. My place is a 12 minute walk to Bermondsey tube (Jubilee line) and a 15 minute walk to London Bridge tube/ overground (Jubilee and Northern line). My house is near the Thames Path, so you can walk, run or cycle along the river in either direction for miles, or have a cheeky glass of wine in any number of pubs and restaurants.

I am 2 minutes from Spa Gardens and also a 10-15 minute walk from Bermondsey Street with lots of great bars and restaurants. There is a Pure Gym 20 minutes walk away. The area is safe yet central, and the city is an easy and beautiful walk along the river and across Tower Bridge. Canary Wharf/ is a 5 minute tube ride, 3 stops on the tube. There are plenty of supermarkets and Borough market is 20 minutes walk.

Also happy to consider a few regular days a week too
