This is a 4th floor, 3 bedroom flat + Spacious and Modern Living Room, + Kitchen, + 2 Bathrooms + 3 storage rooms.

Spacious living room and the kitchen area to be shared.
The 1st-floor bathroom is to be shared among two residents in the first-floor bedrooms only.

There are a washing machine, dryer and other kitchen appliances as well as TV and WiFi.

I am a working photojournalist with European and US Newspapers and Magazines, this time I am travelling on overseas assignments.
I am looking for another flatmate who would be willing to take either top-floor master bedroom en-suite or the two window doubled bedroom on the first floor that is available with all bills included.

You must be clean, tidy, sociable and respectful as well as a responsible person.

It would have been awesome if you're from the media industry, but it is not a deal-breaker regardless of what industry you come from as long as we get along with respect.

This is not a party house :) And I don't have pets either, but we love them.

This is a joyful house and good location.

Couples are welcome for the top floor only for a different price, which is negotiable if the couple is willing to sign a 7-month contract with breakable clauses.

We are a 1-minute walk from four bus stops: 47, 381, 188, C10.
5 minutes walk from Bermondsey underground station Jubilee Line.
17 minutes walk from London Bridge station Northern Line.

The 1-minute walk from Tesco Metro supermarket is just so handy.

We have a 1-minute walk to Santander City Bicycle Dock.

With the contract of tenancy, you can get a free gym/swim/sauna membership card with "Everyone Active" with 15 minutes by bus at the Elephant and Castle (Bus C10).

We sometimes like socialising by cooking together, running, cycling, talking or watching TV.
