Sadly, I am leaving university soon which means I am leaving my flat after staying here for 2.5 years. This is an advert for a sub-let from June 23rd to early September (which is when the contract renews). There will be opportunity for you stay past September too.

The room is a spacious double (with a new comfortable mattress), large storage cupboards and and east-facing window. The flat is occupied by 3 other flatmates who are all easy-going, 2 males and 1 female who work in the city. The flatmates enjoy spending time together when possible, and common interests include sports and nightlife.
The flat has an upstairs shower and toilet, and a downstairs toilet, a large kitchen/living area and a balcony. The kitchen also has a small dishwasher, and there is a washing machine too.
RENT: £660pcm plus bills

The flat is situated in a quiet estate in south Bermondsey, 10-15 mins walk to Bermondsey station. Within a 5 minute walk are several shops, PureGym and Southwark park. Within a few minutes from the flat are bus links to Holborn, Shoreditch, Brixton and Waterloo.
Within walking distance is Bermondsey Beer Mile - full of cool breweries; and London Bridge - where you will find Borough Market and plenty of bars and restaurants
