I will renting out a room in my wonderful 2 bedroom flat where I have lived for past 9 years. The flat is a new build so everything is very new and the flat has large floor to celings windows with lots of lights and a private decked balcony, great for having breakfast on. The flat also has a HUGE roof terrace garden where I have my own table and chairs to entertain friends have dinner etc with stunning 360 views of the London Skyline.

The rooms in the flat is very large and fully furnished. Floors are Amtico and flat has just been painted. We have a Smeg fridge in the kitchen. It all very modern well furnished.

Very central Location but on a quiet street. You can walk to Bermondsey tube in about 4 minutes. Walk to the City Tower Hill, Bank in about 20 minutes great for work. To get to Canary Wharf it is less then 10 minutes on the tube and the same for the west end.

Looking for somebody that wants a nice homley place they will take care of. It a great space to have friends over and chill but not for parties or anything like that, all our neighbours are very quiet.

Room is 950 per month, plus bills are about 120. Bills consist of water, gas, elec, council tax, internet.

JUST TO BE CLEAR as getting alot of messages from couples just wanting the room. I am looking for a female professional, easy going, who likes to be quiet at home and not looking for a party pad. No couples, sorry.

Must be looking to stay for at a year and sign a one year contact.
