We have a cool ensuite double room available in our brand-new apartment on the top floor. The room is spacious and has a desk, double bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe (recently installed).

The flat is a modern three-bedroom apartment with underfloor heating, smart control of all rooms and secure bike storage near the main entrance of the building.

You would be sharing the flat with just two other people and a cute cat Mia :)

We have the newest appliances including a dishwasher, and a dining area in the kitchen. The shared living room is where we sometimes watch Netflix or Amazon Prime, or just chill.

There is access to a large balcony from the living room and we also have the fastest possible Virgin Media internet.

The flat (including your room) is professionally cleaned every two weeks and the costs are included in the rent.

The flat is 5 min walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line zone 2 with Friday and Saturday night tube); and 20 min walk to London Bridge, unless you walk faster than me :)

There is a bus stop just outside the entrance to the building (routes 47, 188, 381 and N381).

It takes a one-minute walk to local breweries with nice craft beers and nightlife (Bermondsey Beer Mile). Maltby Street Market is about 3min from the apartment and there are lots of cosy cafes, restaurants and shops also within walking distance. There are various options either under the railway arches, in Bermondsey Street, near Tower Bridge and London Bridge.
