Central location in nice and safe area

Hi!

I am looking for somebody to take over my lease contract, which is effective unil September 2020. Currently I have marked the move in date 27th of January 2020, but this can be negotiated. There is currently construction works going on outside the house, but these are performed only on workdays and until 5 pm. The works start around 9 am. Because of the works, there are guards downstairs in the lobby, which makes it extra safe :) Delivering stuff when you are not at home is also easier. You would be sharing a bathroom with one guy, who is extra nice and tidy. He is a investment banker, so barely home. Bermondsey station is like 4 minute walk and jubilee line is the best, on weekends it should be running until early morning hours. All bills are included and wifi is good :) Also, you can lock your room door ;) The communal areas are cleaned two times a month abd a maintance team is available 24/7. I am happy to show the room, just let me know :)
