Single Room - Monday - Friday - Bermondsey

My flat is in Bermondsey, SE16. I have lived here just over 10 years. The flat is about 7 minutes’ walk to Bermondsey Tube Station (3 stops from Waterloo / 2 to Canary Wharf) or 45second walk to the No 1 bus which stops Waterloo / Tottenham Court Road.
It's a small, 2-bedroom flat, with a balcony and I'm looking for someone Monday – Friday. The available bedroom is a box room - so it is small room but the (single) bed is comfy and the warm. It has a cupboard, a bedside cabinet and a drawer under the bed. I’d be more than happy for things to be left whilst you’re away. There’s nothing worse than having to cart everything around, all the time.
The bathroom has a bath and it has a shower over the bath – which to be honest, is “nuclear” hot (due to the mixer taps and way the place was built in the 60s.) – Shower is usable but personally, I prefer the bath and always has plenty of hot water.
The building is certainly not the nicest thing building to look at, think 60’s brutalist concrete. Just not as exciting! – But we get a much nicer view of the building opposite us and It’s surprisingly quiet for being so central.
I had a friend rent the spare room for about 14 months but now she’s moved back to Kent.
I was looking for £500 (Mon-Fri only) and of course all bills included..
There is of course WiFi, a washing machine etc. Fridge / freezer and pretty much everything else one needs.
I’ve got lots of linen and towels and more than happy to chuck them in the machine and wash / dry them. (Although, I don’t iron bed sheets!) 😊
I’m quiet, considerate and friendly and pretty chilled. My interests are reading, TV, film and I’m a writer.
The house is pet-free at the mo, but I may be looking to get a new rescue kitty in the coming months. (Although this is a hope and not a clear plan yet)
I used to smoke, but quite and now vape – but I've never smoked indoors & smokers are welcome on the balcony. Which has comfy furniture for chilling (more in the summer).
