Flat mates all tend to keep to themselves and the place is always well kept.

This room is the largest of the 4 bedrooms, will come with a double bed and a bedside table.

There are 2 toilets, a shower and a bath/shower downstairs as well.

There is loads of room for storage with a built in large double wardrobe.

The flat is in an enclosed area with a key fob entry.

The current flat mates are all very clean and the communal areas are always kept tidy.

Good connections into the city;
15 minute walk to Bermondsey or Canada water station.
20 minute bus (leaves from about a 4 minute walk away) into Waterloo/Elephant and Castle/St Pauls.

2 retail parks within walking distance (<10 mins), one has a large Asda, the other a Tesco.

All bills are included in the rent.
