All furniture is in great conditions. It is a 1 bedroom flat converted into 2 rooms with no living room but access to the share balcony and shared bathroom with only one person ( me)

Because the conversion of the flat it is not possible to have access to the kitchen so please do not insist, unfortunately it cannot be changed.
Contract is short term, Mid-December to end March
As it is only 2 people living in the flat it is very quite and easy to agree a cleaning rota for the bathroom and small hall.

Building is modern and very central, only 4 min walk from Bermondsey station which is zone 2 and runs over the Jubilee line( 24h on the weekends ) You can walk to London and tower bridge, only 10-15 min. Night buses runs all night long.
Bermondsey is crowded as the best place to live in London, flat is not far from Maltby Street Market and the beer mile. Also there are a bunch of options of pubs along the river, restaurant and the beautiful Southwark park where Parkrun takes places every Saturday morning.
