The room is fully furnished consisting of double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is neutrally decorated and has a Juliette balcony, overlooking a quiet garden area. You will have access to shared bathroom and the open-plan kitchen/ living space. Wifi is available and a private terrace as outdoor space. Ample storage space is available throughout the flat, including a cloakroom.
I am looking for a professional lodger who is clean and respectful of their living space and fellow flatmate. The rental is for 7 day- a - week lodger, but open to weekday arrangement too( rental to arranged separately).
Bermondsey station is 8-10 min walk for Jubilee line connections. Bus number 1 and 381 stop 100m from the building and South Bermondsey rail is 5 min walk. The flat is well-situated for all transport links.
