Double room in Bermondsey

Hey guys, looking for a replacement tenant for my double room in Bermondsey.

The house is a 5 min walk from Bermondsey Station (jubilee line). Only 1 stop on the tube or a 10 minute bus ride away from London Bridge. This is a very accessible area close to several bus routes (47,188, 381, c10).
The house is close to the main road with many restaurants, a sainsbury's and other anemities and also a 20 min walk or short bus ride to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre.

The rent is £695pcm INC BILLS and a weekly cleaner. There's a no deposit option available (£10 a month subscription service instead) but if you're willing, the deposit is 6 weeks rent, around £800. The room comes furnitured with a double bed (draw storage underneath), a large wardrobe (mirrored doors), bedside drawers and lamp.

There are 5 rooms in total and everyone is in their 20s. We live our own lives so the house is very quiet and clean but everyone is very easy going and easy to get along with (:

Communal areas include the kitchen which has 2 fridges and a washing machine and also 2 bathrooms.

The room is on the ground floor but there are 3 steps leading into the property

The landlady DOES NOT live in the property, we instead have direct communication with the property manager through a group chat. She's very nice and responds quickly to any issues.
