Hello,
Looking for someone who wants to make this friendly flatshare into their new home. Keen to get to know and become friends with my new housemate.

The flat has its own private entrance next to a small garden. The flat has all the things you would expect: fibre optic broadband, fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, central heating, hot water (that won’t run out), double glazed windows, and very close to lots of shops. Amazingly the flat stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer!

The room is ideal for relaxing in or working from home and has plenty of storage space including a walk in wardrobe. The room also comes with exclusive use of the balcony, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee listening to the birds. The room and balcony face onto a quiet walk way and gardens, no busy road.

The flat is shared with one other housemate, Andrew. Andrew is a professional male who loves windsurfing, the sea, nature, personal growth & development, keeping fit, and going on adventures (big and small).

The ideal housemate would be just someone that wants to make a home and have a nice place to live, rather than just having a room to sleep in.
