I am a 39yo gay male, originally from Australia, and run my own company in the leadership/development space. I'm very sociable, and really looking for someone to share the space with as a home.

Bills are around £200 per month (each) for gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax on top of the rental cost. In addition, I currently have a cleaner once a fortnight, but open to discuss this with the incoming flatmate. I am also open to the idea of a Monday-Friday let.
