The studio I am renting in Zone 1, conveniently located between London Bridge and Elephant&Castle is now up for grabs as I have found a new job in Zone 4.
The flat contains a separate kitchen, small hallway, bathroom and a decent size room.
The rent is excluding all bills.
I currently pay £85 for council tax, £70 for water bills every 6 months and the electricity is around £100 for a 3 months period.
There is a huge Tesco 2 minutes away, and a bus stop 4 minutes away, with several buses that will take you to central London.
London Bridge station is 20 minutes walk.
I have been renting this flat since 2018, through Foxtons, and I have been quite happy here, however my time is up in Central London 🙂
