If Lockdown has taught us anything it's the need for your own space, vibes and a garden (oh and plenty of room to WFH)!

We love this house and I'm very sad to be leaving. You'll be hard-pressed to find a place that has it all:

It contains 2 very large bedrooms (upstairs is occupied by Steve, who works in digital marketing and is a pretty cool DJ who will also probably make you coffee in the mornings!). My room is on the lower ground floor, which is a perfect space to sleep, but also plenty of room to have friends in, have a sofa living area etc.

There's a living room, kitchen, dining area AND access to a beautiful garden! (The Landlord has a Gardner visit every fortnight). It's the perfect summer vibe. There's also a 'nook' upstairs, which we're very proud of.

Situated a couple of minutes walk from Bermondsey station, the road is right next to Southwark Park. There's a PureGym super close and also Bermondsey Beer Mile. London/Tower Bridge are very close and it's super well connected.

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy until 1st June 2022. The rent is £900 + bills which are around £100-£150pm.

The Room is unfurnished but there is a bed frame and a futon sofa. There’s so much space that you can really make it cosy and your own space.

We're looking for a sociable housemate who has the right mix of being super clean, up for a vibe and being chill, but also wants their own privacy (especially for those foggy days!). Steve works pretty hard during the week, but is sociable and likes to have a chat, go for a walk/cycle and be active at the weekends.

Oh and a real bonus is that the Landlord is great and so is the estate agent when it comes to dealing with paperwork etc.
