You're within a 10 minute walk of Bermondsey Street (lots of restaurants / bars), Maltby St Market (amazing food) and Bermondsey Beer Mile. You're also a short walk from both London Bridge and Bermondsey tube stations, connecting you to the Northern and Jubilee lines. Even though you are very central the immediate area is quiet and is right opposite a park.

The flat is modern, only built 6 years ago. It features high ceilings, a comfortable living / dining room and a well equipped kitchen. You also have a large, south-facing balcony providing you a space to hang out when it gets sunny. Including in the price is also a concierge service and fibre optic wifi with speed over 100mbps.

The current flatmate is a consultant, currently working in London. She's very friendly and relaxed. It would be great for her to share with another professional.
