We have a newly-fitted kitchen with dining area, dual aspect (south & west). It is large, bright & sunny and with plenty of cupboard space for everyone, fitted appliances and wide patio doors out on to a fully South-facing garden with patio area, lawn and bbq. Ideal for Summer :)

Separate bathroom and shower rooms upstairs on different levels, with an additional downstairs cloakroom (3 loos).

Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Large garden shed with locked storage eg. for bikes etc.

Separate large sitting room is a spacious, communal entertaining/relaxing space with two windows, 3 sofas inc. sofa bed - useful for an occasional overnight visitor or movie nights - huge tv, books etc.
