Double room with private bathroom London Bridge

Double room available with its own bathroom in a beautifully presented flat with a large balcony in The Jam Factory, a much sought-after landmark development a short walk from Bermondsey Street and within easy walking distance of London Bridge Station (10-15 mins walk) and Borough tube Station (5 mins), the River Thames, More London, and the City. The flat is situated just off Tower Bridge Road so an easy commute into the City, Canary Wharf or the West End. Elephant and Castle is only a short bus ride away for the Bakerloo line. 24 hour security is in place and the flat has a large balcony looking towards the Shard. The area is full of small shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars and there are several food markets In the area including Borough market and Maltby Street market. The local gym is only 5 minutes away.
I’m not into regular loud parties anymore so the flat is pretty quiet. My preference would be someone sociable but also likes their own space. My cooking skills are limited so the kitchen isn’t used a huge amount about me. My current flatmate who is sadly (for me) moving in with her boyfriend after 2 years found it more than adequate. I enjoy going out for meals, coffee and the pub instead.
I have a cleaner who visits once a week although the flat is generally clean and tidy most of the time. I just can’t put up with people not doing their bit so it makes it easier.
