Hartley's Jam Factory living

I am looking for someone to share my rental pad in the iconic Jam Factory - 2mins from Bermondsey Street (12min walk to London Bridge Station). The spare double bedroom has its own wardrobe and a separate bathroom in a large warehouse apartment. The flat is furnished, you will just need to provide your own bed.

I have loved living here for 2.5 years now. It's a clean, spacious flat, with high ceilings and a great view of the Shard. Fabulous for a dinner party or curling up with a book and enjoying the natural daylight streaming in. There is a porter service - very handy for parcels to be delivered when you are out!

I am a healthcare professional who works locally. I love our restaurant scene - Bermondsey has a great selection of hip restaurants - and also enjoy cooking at home. I love travelling, new adventures and music.

Rent is £950pcm, or with bills and cleaner included: £1,127 pcm. With joining the lease, there are the usual London letting fees. I'm open to discussing a Mon to Fri option too. The room is available now, and I would like to fill it by the end of May.
