I am looking for a flatmate to occupy the extra double bedroom in my brilliant flat right by Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, my fantastic flatmates have to move out, and their gorgeous room is up for grabs.

The flat is located in the quaint Shad Thames area close to Tower Bridge in a lofty and cobblestoned area of London.

10-15 minute walk to London Bridge or Bermondsey Tube Station, with access to many bus routes to the city centre and a Santander Cycles, stand right next to the building.

Local markets within 10 minute walk such as Borough Market and Maltby Street Market.

Tesco and Sainsbury, as well as a local corner store and dry cleaner within 5 minutes, walk.

I prefer a young professional, but young couples are also welcome. If you are by yourself, you will need an annual salary exceeding 38k to pass the reference check.

The room is spacious with new neutral carpeting, large storage area, and natural light.

You would also have an ensuite (your bathroom with shower).

The Flat consists of:
