A large ensuite double room available for couples in late July in a four bed house near the river Thames. The room has its own ensuite bathroom, and is over 16 square metres (over 174 square feet).

The house has four bedrooms in total (each with its own bathroom or ensuite); it has a shared living room and kitchen area, along with a garage and loft for additional storage. There's also a garden at the back for barbeques, and is nice and pleasant to relax in.

Spectacular views of Tower Bridge are within less than 50 metres from the house. The area has a new Sainsbury, Tesco, and is rich in culture and history (the Mayflower pub is close by, which was the original mooring point of the Pilgrim Fathers' Mayflower ship back in the 16th century).

The housemates are in their 20s and 30s, from a range of British and international backgrounds, so the conversations are fairly interesting, and are very clean and tidy.

All bills are included in the rent (except phone calls made using the landline). Superfast Virgin Media fibre-optic broadband is also included. 42 inch TV in the living room area, along with plenty of space for food storage in multiple fridges and freezers.

Two rooms available: one is suitable for single occupancy, and another for couples. The rent would be £200 higher for couples, with all bills included.
