Double Room, Great Location

I’m looking for a flatmate to share this two bed house with me (28 yr old bar manager) and two friendly cats (Basil, 3 and Pepper, 1).
The flat is fully furnished with a large living room that has plenty of space to work, exercise and relax in as well as lots of storage space. The bathroom also has a good sized bath/shower.
Great transport links (10 mins to London Bridge via South Bermondsey. Surrey Quays overground and Bermondsey underground <15mins away) and excellent shopping facilities (large shopping centre at Surrey Quays as well as lots of places on Old Kent Road a short walk away).
My previous flatmate has made the decision to move back to her home country so the room is available right away, though due to the Covid guidelines the date is flexible.
I’m a pretty easy going flatmate, I work a lot (normally) so when I’m home I like to relax and spend some time with my cats or catch up with my neighbours. I love a good chat but I’m also pretty independent and respectful of space.
